Please check the audition pack before signing up for auditions as some of our productions require specific personal requirements and may not be suited to everyone. Stockport Garrick Theatre has intimacy informed personnel to assist with our productions that require it.
You must be 18 years or older on the date of the first rehearsal.
You do not need to be a member to audition but you would need to become a member if you accept a role.

What happens next
Following the audition you will be notified if you have been given a role.
Usual commitment for a main stage production:
A rehearsal period over several weeks usually a few evenings per week with your director.
2 dress rehearsals.
7 performances.
Set strike on the morning following the final performance.
Timings on performance nights: Cast must be at the theatre before 7PM for a performance at 7:30PM.
